Section 40 (4) for prohibited articles i. S. of Appendix 2 section 1 no. 1.2.4.2 to § 2 Abs. 3WaffG (weapons list).

In the case of export, depending on the country of destination, the buyer does not require the approval of the German Federal Criminal Police Office.
